Lufkin- Angelina County 75¢ Oct. 2, 1862 Medlar UNL
A very rare county issue, emblazoned with the motto "Confederacy Victory or Death!" The printing is a bit faded on the right, but this note, from Arlie Slabaugh's collection, grades Fine or a bit better. The denomination is unlisted in the Medlar reference.
