Description
Houston, TX- Government of Texas $50 Jan. 14, 1837 Cr. H21A Medlar 68 PCGS Banknote Very Fine 30.This moderately circulated note is fully framed with four generous margins. There is a large as-printed gutter fold error that extends horizontally from the right edge well into the center vignette of Justice seated. The note has the usual cut cancels which have been neatly done, avoiding paper loss or shrinkage. This piece has soft surfaces and is a trifle flat.
