Austin, TX- Travis County 25¢ Dec. 1862 Medlar UNLThe December, 1862 issue from Travis County comes in two slightly different forms, one with a red overprint, the other not. Each is printed on brown paper with the engraved signature of the Chief Justice and the pen signature of the County Clerk. This denomination is unlisted in Medlar with this date. Fine-Very Fine.
