The deuce in this lot features a portrait of William Penn, famed Quaker and founder of Pennsylvania, at left, the steam locomotive America arriving at the depot at center, and a blacksmith with his hammer and anvil at right. A red TWO overprint is also present on the face. This variety displays an ABNCo imprint at bottom center, in addition to the RWHE and NEBNCo imprints.
