Description
Canastota, NY- Bank of Canastota $20 185_ as G10 Proof PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ, 4 POCs.The $20 design has two large vignettes; at upper left, one depicts a farm family and other farmers harvesting hops and at lower right, the other shows hops being loaded onto a wagon. The state Bank Department die is at bottom center. The note is printed on India paper with four POCs in the signature lines, and unlike so many other examples from this issuer in the 1990 ABNCo. Archives sale, is free of any repairs or meaningful impairments. There were eleven examples of this denomination and variety in the 1990 ABNCo. Archives sale.
