Franklin, LA- Town of Franklin $1 Dec. 15, 1862The central vignette is an eagle holding the traditional arrows and olive branches in its talons supplemented by a ribbon emblazoned with, "'All we ask is to be let alone.' - Jeff. Davis." We have not previously had the pleasure of offering this scarcer design. PCGS grades this note Very Fine 30.
