Falls Village, CT- Iron Bank $10 18__ Remainder PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ.The Iron Bank was organized in 1847 and remained in business until 1865, when it became the National Iron Bank of Falls Village, charter 1214. This $10 features large portraits of George Washington at left and Chief Justice John Marshall at right, as well as small portraits of John Adams at upper left and Andrew Jackson at upper right. An iron worker is depicted at center.
