Fayetteville, AR- Labor Exchange Branch 293 5 Units 1898 PMG About Uncirculated 50.Labor Exchange locations in the South are far less numerous than elsewhere in the United States. At present, we are aware of three fractional unit denominated notes issued from this branch that was likely organized in 1898. At present, additional information is not available, but it is likely that the branch had ceased active operations by the end of the first decade of the 20th century at the latest. PMG notes what appears to be an ink spill on the face that has resulted in a stain and also mentions that Canceled is handwritten across the note at bottom center. This note bears serial number 5.
