Monroe, WI - $10 1902 Red Seal Fr. 613 The First NB Ch. # (M)230This new to the census example is only the second Red Seal reported from this one bank community. The one other Red Seal extant from this location made one appearance eight years ago in our January 2000 Orlando sale and promptly disappeared into a long-term Wisconsin holding. This is an attractive piece with good color and body for the grade, and enhanced further by strong pen signatures. Very Good-Fine.
