Merrill, WI - $10 1929 Ty. 1 The Citizens NB Ch. # 10176 Uncut SheetThis new to the census all serial number 1 sheet is right out of the proverbial weeds and is offered here to the collecting community for the first time. While the bank itself is not rare, no uncut sheets were known from here since the serial number 1 Type 1 $20 sheet was cut some years ago. Prices for both number 1 notes specifically and uncut sheets in general have come down after a major upward move in values ended a couple of years ago, and collectors should take advantage of the opportunity to buy these items at considerable discounts to the values that prevailed from 2005 through 2008.
