Harrisonburg, VA - $20 1882 Date Back Fr. 555 The Rockingham National Bank Ch. # (S)5261 PCGS Banknote Very Fine 30.Another great note from this Harrisonburg bank, this is the first Second Charter Date Back of any denomination to be reported. This $20 features sharp ink colors, even wear, and solid margins. Its only flaw is a partial re-drawing of its signatures.
