Saint Johnsbury, VT - $5 1902 Plain Back Fr. 605 The Merchants NB Ch. # 2295A Caledonia County bank that is quite scarce as it is only the second Plain Back known. It grades PMG Very Fine 25 with bright paper and good signatures. The only other Third Charter note we have sold was a horridly aged beast that sold for $218.50 in 2012.
