National Bank Ch. # 2059 PMG Choice Fine 15.A wonderful new discovery that is just seventh Deuce to surface from the always in demand Utah Territory. It hails from the always popular Deseret National Bank and bears the clear pen signature of Brigham Young as the bank president. While Original Series aces abound from this charter, Deuces are another matter entirely with just four pieces listed in the census, only one of which has been publicly offered in the past 25 years. That lone occurrence was a well circulated serial number 1 example that fetched $78,000 in our last FUN auction. This is pleasing, evenly circulated and solidly margined example with nary a problem save honest wear. A wonderful note for either the Utah or Territorial specialist.
