Salt Lake City, UT - $10 1882 Brown Back Fr. 487 The Deseret
National Bank Ch. # 2059 PMG Very Fine 20.An evenly circulated and well margined Territorial Brown Back from this always popular Utah bank. Well known for a sizable quantity of surviving First Charter aces, this note represents a much scarce type and denomination as it is one of only four Territorial Brown Backs reported. Last on the market in a 2013 auction where it fetched $18,400, it exhibits nice color for the grade with just some edge repairs. A great note certain to be of interest to the many collectors of the Beehive State.
