Lovely Salt Lake City Territorial Ace
Salt Lake City, UT - $1 Original Fr. 382 The Deseret National
Bank Ch. # 2059 PMG Choice Very Fine 35.A beautiful example of this Utah Territorial ace that is pedigreed to the collection of the late Harry W. Bass, Jr. which was sold at auction over twenty years ago. It is one of the higher grade Territorials from this bank in which Brigham Young served as president, displaying bright colors, solid margins, and loads of eye appeal. PMG comments that the signatures have been redrawn, although after close examination we are not totally convinced that this is indeed the case. Regardless, this is a significant Utah rarity fit for the finest of collections.
