Paris, TX - $10 1882 Brown Back Fr. 484 The City National Bank Ch. # (S)4411 PMG Very Fine 30.A fair number of Brown Backs are known from this east Texas bank and this offering is the finest of the group that is available to collectors. Called a full XF by another auction house in its last public appearance in 2004, this is a bright, attractive $10 with bold ink colors and legible stamped signatures. PMG has noted some pinholes which are not at all distracting.
