McKinney, TX - $10 1902 Red Seal Fr. 613 The Collin County NB Ch. # (S)2909This is the third Red Seal reported from this bank, though the other two are permanent fixtures in the Philpott/Moody holdings and unavailable to collectors. The paper is solid and the colors bright for the grade. Nice Very Good-Fine.
