Hemphill, TX - $20 1902 Plain Back Fr. 652 The First National Bank Ch. # 8526 PMG Very Good 8.A dozen large size known from this Sabine County bank located in east Texas. PMG notes "Tape" on the holder. The bank only produced Third Charters during this period, and there are four $20 Plain Backs known, one of which is permanently ensconced in the Philpott-Moody holdings. This is the first Large Size offering with which we have been blessed.
