Elgin, TX - $20 1902 Plain Back Fr. 651 The Elgin National Bank Ch. # 8156 PMG Very Fine 30.An extremely scarce central Texas bank which has only seven large size reported, two of which are in institutional collections. This $20, which made its last public appearance in a 1996 auction, is a very attractive piece with bright paper, good color, and bold stamped signatures.
