Blooming Grove, TX - $100 1929 Ty. 1 The Citizens National Bank Ch. # 7055 PMG Very Fine 25.A great note from this very rare Navarro County bank that chose to issue only the high denominations from its chartering in 1903 until its liquidation in 1931. Not surprisingly, this offering is one of just six small size reported from this charter whose census is split evenly between $50s and $100s. However, of that half dozen, none have crossed the public auction block since 2002. This $100, which also bears low serial number F000003A, is well margined with just even wear.
