Providence, RI - $5 1902 Red Seal Fr. 587 The Atlantic National Bank Ch. # (N)2913 PMG Very Fine 20.A scarce note from a scarce bank in a much better state for Red Seals. This is one of only three Red Seals reported from this short lived issuer and one of only seven pieces overall in the census. It maintains decent color and signatures with some repairs noted by PMG.
