Providence, RI - $2 Original Fr. 387a The Third National Bank Ch. # 636 PMG Choice Fine 15.A very rare Providence bank with just six notes in the census, and the first piece we have been able to offer from this charter in almost ten years. This short-lived institution issued only First and Second Charter notes before bowing out in 1900. This evenly circulated and problem free example is the only Lazy Deuce reported, and it displays pleasing color and dark pen signatures.
