Hopkinton, RI - $20 1902 Red Seal Fr. 639 The First National Bank Ch. # (N)1054 PMG Very Fine 30.Just the third Red Seal to be reported from this large-only Washington County bank, and the first of that trio to be publicly offered since 2010. It is an attractive note with a repeater serial number, bold red overprint, and clear signatures, one stamped and one signed. A couple of inconsequential pinholes have been noted by PMG.
