National Bank Ch. # 371 PMG Very Fine 25.A wonderful new discovery from this Lancaster County bank that is just the tenth Serial Number 1 Original Series $10 to be reported for all banks in the entire country, according to the National Currency Foundation census. It is also the first such piece to surface from any Pennsylvania bank. It is a pleasing, pen signed example that has some storage folds, but retains virtually all of its original ink colors. This is great note for the Pennsylvania collectors or anyone who appreciates rare Serial Number 1 examples.
