Richland, PA - $20 1902 Plain Back Fr. 652 The Richland NB Ch. # 8344A rare note which is one of only two large examples reported from this Lebanon County issuer. Track & Price indicates only one appearance of any large note from this one bank location over the past two decades. PCGS Apparent Very Fine 20, with a stained top edge, really not enough to justify the Apparent grade here.
