Elgin, OR - $10 1929 Ty. 1 The First National Bank Ch. # 6644 PMG Very Fine 25.Just two large notes are reported from this tiny Elgin County institution which was this community's sole issuer, leaving Series 1929 examples as the only viable option for most collectors. This crisp mid-grade $10 is just the seventh small size to be reported and the first to make a public appearance since 2014. It displays even wear with just some light staining noted by PMG.
