Youngstown, OH - $1 Original Fr. 380 The First NB Ch. # 3While not a rare bank, First Charters are quite scarce, with fewer than a dozen in the census. Only these notes can actually be said to have come from the third bank in the United States to receive its charter, as this institution rechartered under a higher charter number in 1882 and did not reassume its original number until 1911. PCGS Apparent Fine 12, with a few repaired splits.
