Mansfield, OH - $1 Original Fr. 380a The First National Bank Ch. # 436 PMG Very Fine 25.First Charters only were issued from this tough Richland County bank, which had only a meager $907 outstanding by 1916. While around a dozen notes are listed in the census, only one piece has been publicly offered in the past fifteen years. This bright mid-grade Original Series Ace, which was last on the market in a 1996 auction, is very attractive for the grade with pleasing color and dark pen signatures.
