Delphos, OH - $5 1875 Fr. 401 The First National Bank Ch. # 274 PMG Very Fine 25.The first of four banks chartered in this Allen County community, all of which are scarce to rare in large size, this institution issued First Charter notes only before liquidating early in 1883. Just eight pieces are reported with this offering, which last crossed the auction block in 1996, the only Five. It is a crisp mid-grade note with pleasing color and even, problem free wear.
