Cleveland, OH - $20 1902 Red Seal Fr. 639 The Union National Bank Ch. # (M)3202 PMG Very Fine 25.A colorful Red seal from this tougher Cleveland bank, which went out in 1918. Note the signature of E.R. Fancher as cashier, as he later signed Cleveland district Federal Reserve Bank Notes as Governor of the bank. One of only a pair of $20 Red Seals listed.
