High Grade Litchville Small Size - Finest of Three Known

Litchville, ND - $10 1929 Ty. 1 The First National Bank Ch. # 8298 PMG About Uncirculated 55 EPQ.
This quite lovely note hails from a rare North Dakota bank that failed to make it through the Great Depression, having been closed by the receiver in 1930. It is one of just three small size reported from this one-bank location in Barnes County and it is easily the finest of that trio. Publicly offered for the first time, it is a bright, well embossed $10 with bold ink colors and only light handling.
