Tarboro, NC - $20 1902 Plain Back Fr. 652 First NB Ch. # 8356A scarce note in its own right, with just six examples recorded in the census, and made even more interesting by the penned courtesy autograph of Ivy Baker Priest, the Treasurer of the United States in the 1950s, above that of the cashier. Fine-Very Fine.
