Morganton, NC - $20 1882 Value Back Fr. 581 The First National Bank Ch. # (S)5450 PMG Very Fine 25.One of only eight large size overall in the census for this institution, this offering is the only $20 Value Back reported from this scarce Burke County bank. It is also one of a mere half dozen examples of this type and denomination reported for all North Carolina banks. It is nicely margined for the type with even wear and pleasing color.
