High Point, NC - $10 1902 Red Seal Fr. 614 The First National
Bank Ch. # (S)3490 PMG Very Fine 30.A very attractive note from this rare High Point bank, this Red Seal is one of only two such pieces reported with the bank's second title, and the only $10. The small number of survivors is not surprising as this charter used its second title for only one year before failing in 1907. This offering displays even wear and a bold red overprint.
