A circulated ace bearing this Albany County bank's scarce first title which it used until 1905 when West Troy changed its name to Watervliet. It is one of three aces reported from here with one of the others being a serial number 1 example that is tied up in a long term collection. PCGS Apparent Very Good 10, with bold color and signatures but also a few small tears.
