Waterloo, NY- $20 1902 Plain Back Fr. 650 The First NB Ch. # (E)368We've handled a fair number of high grade small notes from here, but large notes are another matter completely, with only seven examples recorded in the census. This piece, with great color and bold signatures, is by far the nicest we've ever seen. About Uncirculated.
