Utica, NY - $1 Original Fr. 380 The Oneida NB Ch. # 1392One of only four aces reported on this Oneida County bank that once handled the business accounts of pioneer paper money dealer Bill Donlon. This ace's early auction appearances includes being part of the last Hickman-Oakes auction in June 1989. This note is an attractive example on both face and back for the grade. PCGS Apparent Very Good 10 with a small, barely noticeable repaired split in the left margin.
