Troy, NY - $5 1902 Red Seal Fr. 587 The National City Bank Ch. # (E)7612 PMG Choice Extremely Fine 45 EPQ.This is not a rare Troy bank, but Red Seals from here certainly are. There are just two listed in the census, with the other known example grading PMG Fine 12. This pretty pen signed note is a bit nicer with wonderful color and original surfaces.
