Somers, NY - $5 1882 Brown Back Fr. 469 The Farmers & Drovers National Bank Ch. # 1304 PMG Very Fine 30.First Charters and Brown Backs only were issued from this Westchester County bank which liquidated in 1896. From the only note-issuing charter to operate in this affluent suburban community, this bright, well printed, and boldly signed $5 Brown Back is just the eleventh note to be reported.
