Rome, NY - $10 1902 Date Back Fr. 616 The First NB Ch. # (E)1414A much scarcer Oneida County bank that issued large size only before liquidating in 1915. Nine examples are currently reported, with this piece the only Third Charter note in that small group. PCGS Apparent Very Fine 20, with nice color and signatures along with a repaired edge tear in the top margin.
