Pulaski, NY - $1 Original Fr. 380 The Pulaski NB Ch. # 1496A very scarce Oswego County bank which issued large notes only. Five pieces are known, with this one of two aces reported. The other, which is a bit higher grade but has some rust stains, recently sold for $2990. This piece, a problem free and conservatively graded PMG Fine 12, ought to be worth as much or more.
