Poughkeepsie, NY - $20 1902 Red Seal Fr. 639 The Fallkill NB Ch. # (E)659While this Poughkeepsie issuer can hardly be classified as rare, Red Seals are quite scarce, with the census to date standing at only two reported examples, both fives. This $20 is new to the census and is an evenly circulated piece which appears problem free for the grade. PCGS Fine 12.
