Port Jervis, NY - $10 1902 Red Seal Fr. 613 The First National Bank Ch. # (E)94 PMG Very Fine 25.This is just the fourth Red Seal of any denomination to be reported from this always popular low charter number bank. Moreover, it is the first such piece to be publicly offered since 2010. It displays dark pen signatures and a vivid red overprint with just a bit of margin damage in the lower right corner.
