Oneonta, NY - $10 1929 Ty. 2 The Citizens NB & TC Ch. # 8920A moderately circulated example of this Otsego County bank's second title. However, it does have a repaired tear in the top margin and the bank title has been redrawn with a pencil. Very Fine.
