Olean, NY - $5 1882 Brown Back Fr. 472 The First NB Ch. #(E)1887This was the second of Olean's three issuers to gain a federal charter and the only one to print $5 Brown Backs. The officers' signatures remain legible on this Very Good-Fine note with considerable aesthetic appeal for its grade.
