This is an evenly circulated and nicely margined note from a scarce New York City bank that issued Brown Backs only before liquidating in 1896. Bearing its second title, this $5 has nice color and bold pen signatures of Cashier J(esse) D. Abrahams and Vice President Isaac Rosenwald.
