Brooklyn, NY - $1 Original Fr. 380 The First NB of the City of Brooklyn Ch. # 923Serial number 1 from the "A" plate position, the first note from the first sheet of $1 notes sent to the bank. Our consignor obtained this example from our Collection of a Gentleman sale in 1998, and no other number 1 First Charters have surfaced on any Brooklyn bank since that date. PCGS Apparent Fine 12, with (very) minor repairs that affect nothing.
