Santa Fe, NM - $5 1902 Date Back Fr. 593 The First National Bank
Ch. # (W)1750 PMG Choice Fine 15 Net.A more-than-acceptable Territorial example from New Mexico's state capital, this is one of only a half-dozen Date Back Territorials listed in the census. This type is considerably scarcer than either First Charters or Brown Backs from this bank. Off the market since it last appeared in our 2005 FUN auction, this piece has been repaired and reconstructed, but maintains nice color and dark pen signatures.
