White House Station, NJ - $5 1902 Plain Back Fr. 600 The First NB Ch. # (E)9061One of the great town names in Nationals, and a very rare bank as well, with just five large and one small note making up the entire population in the new Kelly census. Even that figure is deceptive, as most all of the known examples came out of the Saffin collection sale in 1982. Indicating just how quickly those notes were dispersed, the last offering of any kind we've recorded from here came back in 1985, making this the first time in two decades that even one of the six known examples has been available to the collecting fraternity. Pen signed Very Fine, another trophy item in this exceptional New Jersey offering.
