Meridian, MS - $10 1902 Red Seal Fr. 613 The Citizens National Bank Ch. # (S)7266 PMG Choice Fine 15.Despite some flaws, including paper damage, a corner repair, and discoloration, this remains an attractive example of this scarce type from a Deep South state. One of just five Red Seals reported from this Mississippi bank, this moderately circulated $10 retains nice color for the grade.
